We set off from Tokat at 18.00 with our group. We take a breakfast break before reaching Türkgözü border gate via Tokat, Suşehri, Erzurum road. After breakfast, we move to the border gate. Departure to Ahıska after passport procedures. Our guide will tell you the story of the Meskhetian Turks, now known as "Akhaltsike". Here we convert our money to Georgian Lari. Then we go to Ahıska Castle. The castle and the works in the castle were completely repaired and put into the service of tourism. The Ahmediye Mosque in the castle was built in 1749 by Hacı Ahmed Pasha, one of the Meskhetian Atabeks. After the region was captured by Russia, its minaret was dismantled and turned into a church. Now it has been repaired and turned into a museum with a few artifacts. After visiting the castle, we walk down to the repaired neighborhood of Ahıska. We gather at the specified time for shopping in the city center and move to Borjomi. After a one-hour walk in the park here, move to Gori. In Gori: We will visit the Stalin Museum, the house where Stalin was born, who served as the General Secretary of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union for 31 years from 1922 until his death in 1953, and the train car he used on his trips. Despite repeated raids, the printing machine on the lower floor of this house could not be reached. More detailed information about Stalin will be given during the trip. After our Gori tour, walking around Mtskheta, the old capital of Georgia. From here, after watching Mtskheta from a bird's eye view and taking pictures, depart for Tbilisi. Settlement in our hotel. After dinner, we tour Tbilisi on foot.
